I reserve the right to reject a commission for any reason.

In the event that the client is uncooperative, uncommunicative or is otherwise behaving inappropriately then I reserve the right to cancel an order immediately.

If a client does not respond to my efforts to communicate with them within 48 hours then I will place their order on hold. If the client does not respond after a further 48 hours, then the order will be cancelled.

The client is welcome to contact me at any time in regards to their order but please do not pressure me for updates.

Prices are subject to change.

Payment must be made in full before I will begin working on an order.

If I have not yet begun working on a client's order, then they may request a cancellation and a full refund.

If I have begun sketching then the client may request a partial 50% refund. No refunds will be given once sketches are completed.

In the event that I need to cancel or massively delay an order due to my own personal circumstances, the client is within their right to request a full refund or if they would prefer, they are welcome to stay in the queue until I am able to resume working.

If there are any problems in regards to payment or refunds please contact me directly and do not issue a chargeback claim. These will be disputed and the client may be added to my blacklist.

My most commonly used canvas sizes are as follows: 500x500px for static emotes and badges, 300x300px for animated emotes, and 1200x1200px for chibi illustrations. The client must inform me prior to ordering if they require a larger piece. YCH commissions are fixed dimensions and can not be altered.

The client must provide clear and detailed descriptions of their character(s).

Include as many reference images as possible. If no images are provided, I will need to rely on my artistic interpretation of the text descriptions and this may result in a finished artwork that does not align with what the client intended.

The client may include commissioned artwork of their character(s) if that is all that's available to them, but please note that I will not emulate another artist's style or their techniques.

AI generated images will not be accepted.

Small revisions and adjustments to the client's artwork will not incur additional costs.

If the client requests larger revisions or they ask that a significant portion of a piece be redrawn, then the client will be charged accordingly. Please note that changes such as this will likely result in extended deadlines.

If WIPs have been requested, I will send update images throughout the drawing process for review. These images will be lower quality and watermarked and are not indicative of the final product.

Finalized artwork will be sent to the client in a .zip folder via email.

Credit is very much appreciated wherever the client makes use of my artwork.

I, the artist, retain all rights to the artwork I create.

I do not give permission to resell, redistribute, modify or copy my art unless I have given clear and explicit consent otherwise.

I do not give permission under any circumstances for my art to be used as training for AI software or to be made into NFTs.

Commissions are for personal use only. This includes streamers and creators utilizing my artwork across social media and in streams at no additional cost.

Obtaining full commercial use of my artwork must be discussed prior to purchasing a commission and will incur additional fees should I choose to accept the offer. Full commercial use includes, but is not limited to, the production of physical merchandise, large scale marketing campaigns, and the adoption of my artwork as a brand or product logo.

I reserve the right to share client work on my social media accounts and to feature finished commissions as part of my portfolio. If you would prefer to keep your commission private, either permanently or until a specified date, you must include this as a part of your order.
